What to expect
The Pointe de Tréchauffé is a summit in the Chablais mountain range, located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. It offers a moderately challenging hike with a beautiful panorama of the surrounding mountains and Lake Geneva. The trail begins at the Belvedere of Tréchauffé and takes you through the Pointe de Saugeon and the Col de l'Aiguille before reaching the summit. The descent is via the Chalets de Tréchauffé. The hike is suitable for families with children, but some sections can be slippery and steep, requiring caution. The view from the top is breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the Mont Billiat, the Roc d'Enfer, and a large part of Lake Geneva
