The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut is a magnificent ancient temple located in Luxor, Egypt. It was built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt and is considered a masterpiece of ancient architecture. The temple consists of three levels, each with a colonnade at its far end, and features beautiful painted reliefs depicting temple rituals, religious festivals, and the transportation of obelisks. The temple also includes sections for the cults of Hatshepsut's revered father Thutmose I, the goddess Hathor, and the funerary god Anubis. The temple's walls are covered with reliefs, including those of Hatshepsut's expedition to Punt and her claim to be the rightful king of Egypt.
