What to expect
Fårup Sommerland is a theme park located in North Jutland, Denmark. The park has been in operation since 1975 and has grown to become one of Denmark's biggest amusement parks. It features over 60 attractions, including eight roller coasters, such as Fønix, which is the largest, fastest, and highest roller coaster in Denmark, and other rides suitable for all ages. The park also has a water park with various water rides. Fårup Sommerland has received several awards, including 'Europas bedste park' and 'Bedste rutsjebane i Europa 2022'. The park is nicely landscaped with plenty of trees and a lake, making it a great destination for families with children

Activities: We visited Fårup Sommerland and had a fantastic day! There are wild rides, a huge aquapark (which we admired from the outside since it was autumn), and many kid-friendly attractions. My husband and our daughter rode the wooden roller coaster about ten times
Highlights: It was the perfect day full of laughter, adrenaline, and, above all, zero stress! The kids could ride real ponies, and we didn't have to constantly watch the clock or the next queue ✨
