The castle is home to the Royal Danish Collections, which includes artifacts spanning from the late 16th century to the 19th century, such as the Crown Jewels and the Danish Crown Regalia. The castle is situated in the King's Garden, a popular retreat for the people of Copenhagen, and features a Long Hall with a stucco ceiling and side reliefs depicting historical events
