What to expect

The Krasno lookout tower is a 25m high stone tower with a spiral staircase around the outside, offering panoramic views of the Ore mountains, Doupovské hory hills, Tepelská vrchovina highlands, and the highest peaks of Slavkov Forest. The tower was built in 1933-1934 and reconstructed in 1996. It's a great spot for families to enjoy the surroundings and take in the views. The tower has 120 stone steps to climb and a small room on the ground floor that can serve as a shelter from the rain. The nearby town of Krásno also offers a Mining Museum to visit
