Plan your family visit to the Samara with these blog insights 👇

Activities: We loved Samara and stayed in a rental in town with a short walk to Samara Beach. We spent time exploring the town, enjoying the friendly people, and eating at the many great restaurants
Highlights: The kids loved playing on the beach and building sandcastles. We all enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the delicious food ✨

Activities: Samara is around a 4 hour drive from La Fortuna. Yes, I skipped over the popular Guanacaste area here. If you are looking for the touristy hotspot, then you may want to go to northern Guanacaste area. But if you are in Costa Rica for 2 weeks, I’m assuming it’s because you want to dig a little deeper than the typical tourist spots. In that case, I recommend going to Samara instead. We personally loved how family-friendly Samara was. The beach, the activities, the people…everything was so wonderful about this little town
