What to expect

The Sir Wilfrid Laurier National Historic Site commemorates the birthplace of Sir Wilfrid Laurier, former Prime Minister of Canada. The site features a small brick house in the Quebec Vernacular style, set on a landscaped lot. The house contains a charming collection of antique objects and furniture that provide an insight into the lifestyle of residents of yesteryear. Although the site is closed to visitors, it is possible to see the commemorative plaque and the typical Quebec house from the time when Sir Wilfrid Laurier was young
