The Canadian War Museum is a national museum showcasing the country's military history. The museum serves as both an educational facility and a place of remembrance, with a collection of over 500,000 items related to military history, including more than 13,000 works of military art. The museum features exhibitions, memorials, a cafeteria, theatre, curatorial and conservation spaces, as well as storage space. It also houses the Military History Research Centre, the museum's library and archives. The museum offers a children's museum where kids can travel the world and explore other cultures.
