Blue Beach is a 2 kilometres stretch of cliff-bordered coastline in Nova Scotia, known for its globally significant fossil location. The beach is famous for its bluish-black cliffs and is a great spot for fossil hunting. Visitors can find fossils of tetrapods, fish, arthropods, and plants. The beach is also home to a small private museum that contains numerous excellent and important examples of fossils from the beach. However, visitors should be aware of the dangerous conditions due to the high tides and fragile cliffs.
