The beach is home to the longest swimming pool in Canada, the salt-water outdoor Kitsilano Pool. Toward the northern edge of the beach, there is a playground and several beach volleyball courts. The beach is a great place for families to visit, with its beautiful views, outdoor pool, and various activities such as beach volleyball, tennis, and windsurfing. The Seawall runs along the side of the beach, making it a great spot for walking and taking in the scenery
