It is home to a variety of wildlife, including deer, birds, and occasional grizzly bears. The park has 10 trails of varying length and difficulty, providing views of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake. Visitors can enjoy picnicking, and there is an off-leash dog park area. The park's flora includes the Arrowleaf Balsamroot, Kelowna's official flower, which carpets the south-facing slopes in late April or early May
