What to expect
The Kurpark Oberlaa is a large park in Vienna, covering an area of approximately 608,000 square meters. It features various themed areas, including an Allergiegarten with information on pollen flight times and plant distribution, a Barocker Brunnengarten with historic fountains and a stream, a Blumenlabyrinth inspired by the one at Schloss Hellbrunn, and a Japanischer Garten designed by a Japanese architect. The park also has a Filmstadt area where famous silent films were shot, and an Open-Air-Kino shows these films during the summer. The park offers a variety of spaces for relaxation and recreation, making it a great destination for families and individuals alike

Animal excursions in Vienna with children: petting zoo & zoo
Activities: We visited Kurpark Oberlaa. The children could experience animals up close, feed and pet goats, sheep, and rabbits, observe ducks and discover exotic birds. The park is great for stroller walks and offers playgrounds, including an adventure playground and a water playground
Highlights: The Kurpark Oberlaa was a great destination for family outings. The children loved being able to get close to the animals. The adventure and water playgrounds were also a big hit, and we remember many beautiful excursions with the kids here ✨
