Jägerwiese

Park Vienna, Vienna, Austria

What to expect

Jägerwiese is a nice wild forest meadow in Wienerwald, loved by many kids. Its highlight is a simple forest playground and petting zoo belonging to the Agnesbrünnl guesthouse, a kid-friendly guesthouse great for a drink or homemade meal. The meadow is a well-known family stop-over due to its location as the crossing of numerous hiking routes. It's situated directly on the official City Hiking Trail 2 – Hermannskogel, making it a great destination for hiking-lovers. The area is also suitable for mountain biking and offers a welcome alternative to notoriously-known playgrounds and recreation places. Jägerwiese is great for wild garlic picking and has picnic tables, making it an ideal spot for families to enjoy nature and spend time together
