The resort has 80 km of slopes, 17 lifts, and a variety of ski schools and rentals. The Katschberg ski area is situated on the border between the Salzburg region and Carinthia, and offers snow-reliable skiing with guaranteed snow security thanks to its altitude of 1,170 to 2,220m. The resort also features night skiing, with the Königswiese slope open for skiing under floodlights every Thursday from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. The nearby Grosseck-Speiereck ski area also offers 50 km of diverse pistes and 10 lifts, with a snowpark for freestyling and a children's area with a fairy tale ski piste
