What to expect

Circular Pool is a beautiful and tranquil place for the whole family. The name 'circular' pool derives from the froth created by the falls, which shows the water currents flowing in circles. The foam is a result of saponin, a class of chemical compounds found in plants, and is stained by eucalypt leaves, giving it a cinnamon-like appearance. The pool is accessible via a gentle, winding pathway and high-quality boardwalks and lookouts, making it easy and fun for all ages. In summer, the pools are still and the Frankland River is at its lowest, making it a good time to explore the rocks at the riverside. However, be careful as wet rocks can be slippery, and always supervise children near water. The area also features a picnic spot, viewing platforms, and a boardwalk around the pool, allowing visitors to enjoy a peaceful picnic or meditate by the water's edge
