What to expect

Swarbrick Forest Art Loop is a 500m loop walk that features some of the state's oldest karri trees and a selection of art exhibits designed to challenge your perception of wilderness. The art works include a sculpture depicting Aboriginal message sticks and a giant suspended ring, the Golden Torus. The loop walk also takes you past the 'Wilderness Wall of Perceptions', a 39m stainless steel wall featuring more than 30 forest-related quotes from the past 100 years. The trail is easy to walk and is suitable for families with children, with access for wheelchairs with assistance. The site is part of the Walpole Wilderness Discovery Centre and is a great place to visit to learn about and appreciate the natural beauty of the area
