Busselton is a city in the South West region of Western Australia, approximately 220 km south-west of Perth. The city has a long history as a popular holiday destination and is known for its beautiful foreshore, which features a 1.8-kilometre-long, heritage-listed jetty. The jetty is home to an underwater observatory with enormous windows that allow visitors to view colourful coral, patterned fish, and the occasional turtle. The city also has a grassy, playground-filled foreshore where kids can play, and it's a great place to spot whales from May to December. Busselton is close to the famous wine region of Margaret River, with many cellar doors, restaurants, and vineyards within a short drive. The city is also home to artisanal food, produce, and craft destinations, making it a great place to visit with family and friends
