Lake Weeroona is a beautiful ornamental lake and reserve, set on 18 hectares, that was transformed from a dusty mining area in the 1870s. The lake is home to the Bendigo Rowing Club and features a large enclosed playground, toilets, and barbecues available for public use. Visitors can take a walk around the picturesque lake, enjoy a coffee or a meal, and let their kids burn off energy in the playground. The lake also hosts rowing activities and events, including the Bendigo Rowing Club Regatta
