The Bendigo Botanic Gardens is a beautiful place for the whole community to enjoy. Established in 1857, it is one of regional Victoria's earliest botanic gardens and features an eclectic mix of shade trees and lush green turf. The gardens provide an excellent place for family get-togethers, picnics, BBQs, and celebrations. Visitors can enjoy the wide open spaces, beautiful gardens, playground, and natural wetlands, as well as various picnic facilities, barbeques, and toilets.
