Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas is an immersive wildlife exhibit with unique environments for iconic Australian animals. The park offers visitors the opportunity to interact with native Australian animals in their recreated natural environments, including hand-feeding wallabies and kangaroos, and catching a glimpse of the legendary Southern Cassowary. The park features five spacious environments, including Wetlands, Rainforest, Savannah, Nocturnal and Woodlands, where visitors can get up close and personal with the species that call these habitats home. The park is also home to an on-site care centre for the Tropical Animal Rehabilitation Centre, which provides care and rehabilitation for injured, sick, orphaned, and displaced native wildlife.
