Barron Falls, also known as Din Din, is a majestic waterfall located in Barron Gorge National Park near the rainforest village of Kuranda. The falls flow down rocky ledges for 250m into the craggy gorge below, creating a spectacular sight. The park features rugged mountain scenery, tropical rainforests, diverse wildlife, and a fascinating history. Visitors can take a guided tour or walk along the 1.2km return track to the Din Din (Barron Falls) lookout, which offers stunning views of the falls and the gorge. The national park is part of the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area and is managed by the Traditional Owners, the Djabugay people, and Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service
