The Frankland Islands are a group of five continental islands located off the coast of Queensland, Australia. The islands are surrounded by extensive fringing reefs and feature rocky outcrops, dense rainforest, mangroves, and coastal vegetation, making them a haven for a variety of wildlife. The islands are home to a large number of birds, including seabirds, pied imperial pigeons, fruit doves, varied honeyeaters, and white-breasted woodswallows. Visitors can enjoy snorkelling, fishing, and walking on the islands, and can also take a guided island tour with a marine naturalist and Master Reef Guide. The islands are also a great spot for families, with activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, and beach toys available. Camping is allowed on nearby Russell and High Islands, but a permit is required
