What to expect

Lady Musgrave Island is a 14 hectares coral cay on Australia's Great Barrier Reef, with a 1,192 hectares surrounding reef. The island is the second southernmost island in the Great Barrier Reef chain of islands. It is a national park and part of the Capricornia Cays Important Bird Area. The island has a small pond of brackish water, beach rock, and an outcrop of lithified coral conglomerate. The vegetation consists of Pisonia grandis, Tournefortia argentea, Casuarina equisetifolia, and Pandanus tectorius. The island is home to a diverse range of marine life, including turtles, manta rays, dolphins, and whales. Visitors can swim, dive, and snorkel in the island's crystal-clear waters and explore the surrounding reef
