Kings Canyon, also known as Watarrka, is a canyon in the Northern Territory of Australia. It features 300m high sandstone walls, palm-filled crevices, and views that stretch across the desert. The canyon has several walking trails, including the 6-kilometre Kings Canyon Rim Walk and the 2.6-kilometre Kings Creek Walk. Visitors can also explore the Garden of Eden, a permanent waterhole surrounded by plant life, and the Lost City, a distinctive rock formation. The canyon is home to many plants and animals, including the MacDonnell Ranges Cycad and over 80 species of birds.
