Yellow Water, also known as Ngurrungurrudjba, is a landlocked billabong in Kakadu National Park, home to a rich variety of wildlife, including crocodiles, wild horses, buffalo, and numerous bird species. The billabong is surrounded by Paperbark forests, pandanus, and freshwater mangroves, and its surface is dotted with beautiful pink and white waterlilies. Visitors can take a Yellow Water Cruise or walk along the boardwalks on the water's edge to spot the abundant wildlife. The nearby Warradjan Cultural Centre offers insights into Aboriginal culture, and the Cooinda Lodge provides accommodation options.
