The E.G. Waterhouse National Camellia Gardens is a beautiful location overlooking Yowie Bay, featuring over 400 cultivars and species of camellia. The gardens are perfect for a family picnic, with two playgrounds and a cafe, The Jade Teahouse, which serves breakfast, lunch, and Devonshire and High Teas. The gardens are also home to endangered species like the Powerful Owl and the Grey-headed Flying Fox, and have a specially-designed Senses Garden.
