Walka Water Works is a heritage-listed 19th-century pumping station located in Oakhampton Heights, New South Wales, Australia. The complex features a striking chimney and ornate brickwork, and is one of the largest and most intact 19th-century industrial complexes in the Hunter Valley. The site also includes a large lake area with over 300 species of birdlife and walking trails surrounding the lake. The place is suitable for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. The old pumping station was built in 1887 and has been restored and preserved as part of Maitland City Council's Walka Recreation and Wildlife Reserve
