Adelong Falls Gold Mill Ruins

The Adelong Falls Gold Mill Ruins is a state-listed heritage industrial site and a must-see destination. The site features the remarkable stone ruins of the ingenious Reefer ore crushing machine, built by Scotsmen David Wilson and William Ritchie. Visitors can view the ruins from a wheelchair-accessible platform or take a walk of about an hour down to Adelong Creek and the ruins.
